Q. Do you offer customized balloons?

A. Yes! I offer our very popular personalized jumbo balloon which can be made in almost any color. The lettering on the jumbo can be customized in different colors and the tassels, if ordered with time, can be customized to the colors of choice too

Q. Can I pick up balloons?

A. Yes, only for jumbo balloons and small bouquets (not responsible for damage during your own transportation)

Q. Do you offer delivery?

A. Yes, deliveries in Fort Wayne are $25.00.  Outside Fort Wayne, minimum order quantity of $250.00 is required, .50/mile round trip

Q. Do you travel?

A.  I do travel for a fee. I am happy to go anywhere you need me to set up!  

Q. Do you have a showroom?

A. No, but hopefully soon! 

Q. How do I order Balloons?

A. You can either fill out a request form on our CONTACT page to place an order, or give me a call at 260-450-7466.

Q. How soon will I receive a response?

A. Within 24-48 hours, if not on vacation

Q. Will you fill balloons I already have?

A. Unfortunately, I do not inflate/setup balloons brought to me

Q. What if I want to cancel my installation?

A. We do not offer refunds for installs or deliveries. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for all installs to secure the date. If you need to change the date of your event you may do so, but please know that dates are first come first serve

Q. Do you come back and take down installations?

A. No, unless a prop is rented which I will then to go back to venue or party site to collect
